Living a Balanced Life
Aligning Values, from Balance to Integrity

Finding her career without purpose and her life in crisis, Shelley Baur became a student and teacher of "balance." Focusing on nine different life domains, this presentation guides participants through a self-assessment, beginning with where they are today and how to get closer to where they would like to be. It will open one's eyes to the challenges of gaining and maintaining balance while juggling today's busy lifestyles. After teaching the concepts for 13 years, Shelley now lives and teaches life with balance . . . intentionally and deliberately. Participants will learn more about themselves and how to achieve more life balance in alignment with their own goals and priorities.

An entrepreneur since 1986, Shelley is past president of The National Association of Women Business Owners Greater Memphis chapter (NAWBO), president/CEO of One Source Associates, and a partner with Dr. Bettye J. A graduate of Leadership Memphis and The University of Memphis (B.A. in Psychology), Shelley presents "The Phoenix Seminar for Maximum Achievement", and her own two-day program, "Living on Purpose: Tools for Building the Life You Really Want."
